Your free Let’s Get Moving group sessions are a great opportunity to join like-minded people on a journey to a more active lifestyle. Offering support, exchanging tips, or just talking about your experience with others can be a fantastic source of motivation.
The friendly, laid-back sessions are led by a Let’s Get Moving Exercise Professional, and focus on a different topic each week. Some previous topics have included:
